About Leanne Gould

My name is Leanne Gould, and I have been a licensed mortgage broker since 2009. Prior to my career in mortgages, I worked for 14 years with CIBC and RBC, gaining valuable financial experience. Living with a husband who works in the oil patch, I understand firsthand the unique challenges and dynamics that come with oilfield life and how it can impact financial plans.
Beyond my professional life, I am the proud mom of five amazing boys and have ten wonderful grandchildren who bring joy and laughter into my life. Family is everything to me, and I find great joy in spending time with them and being present at my son's extracurricular activities. Being an active member of my community as co-president of the local community association also keeps me connected and engaged.
My passion for meeting new people and building relationships is at the heart of my work. I believe that my clients and I become friends throughout the process, as I strive to treat everyone as a lifetime client deserving of personalized, dedicated service. I love to travel and seek new adventures in my free time. One of my dream activities is skydiving, much to my family's concern. My youngest son and I share a love for the ocean and are both PADI-certified scuba divers. There's truly no place like the water for me; it's where I feel the most at peace and happy.
